Suzanne Brigham designs residential spaces in small towns, neighborhoods, suburban developments, rural countryside and waterfront locations. Established in 1994 as a consultation and design service for residential property owners, Suzanne Brigham Residential Design focuses on remodeling projects and creating new additions to homes of all sizes. Successful design projects evolve from an integrative process, combining the homeowner’s personal taste with sustainable lifestyle issues, practicality, and budget considerations. Pleasing aesthetics also means that a home’s design matches its setting. Suzanne’s familiarity with regional styles and her attention to site considerations help accomplish this balance in her home designs. Most important, however, is Suzanne’s keen ability to listen and discern a client’s needs and desires for their project.
